Job Description – Office Boy / Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain office cleanliness and hygiene.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water.
- Welcome visitors and assist with hospitality.
- Keep reception, cabins, and meeting rooms tidy.
- Handle printing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Arrange and organize office files and documents.
- Manage pantry and stationery supplies.
- Handle courier collection and dispatch.
- Perform bank visits and outdoor office work.
- Assist staff with daily administrative tasks.
- Open and close the office as instructed.
- Maintain office equipment and report issues.
- Ensure confidentiality of office documents.
- Follow office discipline and management instructions.
Requirements:
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
- Basic Marathi and Hindi communication.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
