Manual ID Grinding Operator

As per your request sharing with you the JD for Grinding ID position:

Machines availability & Grinding Operators requirement as below:

1. Machines Type:- Cylindrical Grinding Machines (OD), ID + Face Grinding machines, etc
2. Controller :Manual – PLC controller :- Training shall be provided from EBSPL side if required.
3. Components Tolerances :- 0.005- 0.010 mm
4. Air Gauge & Bore Gauge setting & operating shall be done individually.
5. Familiar with operating Micro meter.
6. Basic analytical skills required to calculate the sizes & grinding stock of components.
7. Dressing , fixture loading on chuck , Spindle RPM , Feed, arbour (short & long impact) , tailstock arrangement , etc – Basic Grinding machines parameters awareness shall be required.
8. Min 5-7 yrs of physical experience required on ID & cylindrical grinding machines.
9. Filling the reports , reading of components during grinding operation shall be mandatory.
10. Surface finish requirement – awareness of grinding operations.
11. Blue match for surface – awareness.
