Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Line Assembler – Telecom Products Trainer to deliver industry-oriented theory and practical training aligned with the TSSC TEL/Q2502 Qualification Pack.
The trainer will be responsible for developing students' practical skills in telecom/electronics assembly, production-line operations, handset and mobile accessories assembly, ESD safety, quality and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver theory and practical training as per TSSC TEL/Q2502.
* Train students in telecom/electronics and handset assembly processes.
* Conduct hands-on training on PCB, components, connectors, cables and assembly tools.
* Train students in production-line operations and assembly procedures.
* Demonstrate technical diagrams, assembly instructions and production processes.
* Train students in quality inspection, defect identification and basic troubleshooting.
* Conduct practical training on ESD-safe procedures and electronic component handling.
* Train students on mobile accessories assembly and basic testing.
* Explain basic production documentation, inventory and ERP/digital tracking.
* Conduct practical activities, assessments and viva preparation.
* Maintain attendance, practical records and assessment documentation.
* Support students in developing industry-ready skills and job readiness.
