HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
