*Key Responsibilities -
Recruitment
Good at handling multiple open positions &prioritizing the work accordingly. - Excellent communication negotiation/convincing skills.
- Handle end to end recruitment activities from gathering the requisition, sourcing, interviews .offers follow up till the candidates joins and on-boarding process to be done on hightime.
Understand the requirements from the hiring manager. -To source from various channels of sourcing.
-To ensure the ideal source mix is maintained to be cost effective.
-To have in depth understanding of the company & it's policies to pitch correctly to the candidates.
