पद: हॉटेल काउंटर फूड अटेंडंट
मुख्य जबाबदाऱ्या:
ग्राहकांचे स्वागत करून त्यांना आवश्यक माहिती देणे.
काउंटरवर खाद्यपदार्थ व पेय पदार्थ व्यवस्थित ठेवणे आणि सर्व्ह करणे.
ग्राहकांकडून ऑर्डर घेणे व योग्य ऑर्डर देणे.
बिल तयार करणे आणि पेमेंट स्वीकारणे.
काउंटर व आजूबाजूचा परिसर स्वच्छ व व्यवस्थित ठेवणे.
खाद्यपदार्थांची गुणवत्ता व स्वच्छता यांची काळजी घेणे.
स्टॉकची तपासणी करून आवश्यक वस्तूंची माहिती वरिष्ठांना देणे.
ग्राहकांच्या तक्रारी किंवा अडचणी नम्रपणे हाताळणे.
हॉटेलच्या स्वच्छता व सुरक्षा नियमांचे पालन करणे.
वरिष्ठांनी दिलेली इतर संबंधित कामे करणे.
आवश्यक कौशल्ये:
ग्राहकांशी नम्रपणे बोलण्याची क्षमता.
चांगले संवाद कौशल्य.
स्वच्छता व वेळेचे भान.
टीममध्ये काम करण्याची तयारी.
हॉटेल/रेस्टॉरंटचा अनुभव असल्यास प्राधान्य.
