Field Sales Manager

Sales & Target Achievement: Drive the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual login and disbursement targets for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).

Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a team of Loan Executives. Monitor their daily field visits, pipeline, and productivity.

Channel Development: Build and expand a network of DSA connectors, real estate agents, builders, chartered accountants, and financial consultants to generate quality leads.

Bank & NBFC Liaison: Coordinate closely with credit managers and sales managers of various partner banks and NBFCs to ensure smooth file login, faster sanctions, and timely disbursements.

End-to-End Case Management: Ensure accurate file documentation, initial credit screening, and seamless coordination between the client, the sales team, and the financial institution.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on current ROI (Rate of Interest), credit policies, and promotional schemes of different banks to guide the team and clients effectively.
