Job Description
- Conduct in-person recruitment activities at job fairs, campuses, community events, and client sites
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Screen candidates through interviews (in-person and virtual)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Promote employer brand in local communities and events
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and hiring events
