Job Description
Position: Field Executive (Property Verification & Site Visits)
Qualification: Any Graduates
Experience: Any (Fresher’s are welcome to apply)
Location: Pimpari Chinchwad, Alandi, Chakan and Moshi, Pune
Salary Package: 2.16 LPA* + Petrol Allowance (Rs. 3/-)
Requirement: Must have Own Bike & Valid Driving License
Attractive Incentives & Bonuses apart from fixed salary
Candidates preferred from Chakan, Moshi, Alandi, Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad area
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit different properties for allocated area for valuation purpose.
- Take measurements of visited properties.
- Collect property rates doing local market research.
- Capture photographs and physical attributes of visited properties.
- Prepare site visit report.
- Send prepared Visit report to the technical team.
