Field Executive

Position: Field Executive (Property Verification & Site Visits)

Qualification: Any Graduates 

Experience: Any (Fresher’s are welcome to apply)    

Location: Pimpari Chinchwad, Alandi, Chakan and Moshi, Pune

Salary Package: 2.16 LPA* + Petrol Allowance (Rs. 3/-)

Requirement: Must have Own Bike & Valid Driving License

Candidates preferred from Chakan, Moshi, Alandi, Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad area

Job Responsibilities:

1. Visit different properties for allocated area for valuation purpose.
2. Take measurements of visited properties.
3. Collect property rates doing local market research. 
4. Capture photographs and physical attributes of visited properties. 
5. Prepare site visit report.
6. Send prepared Visit report to the technical team.
