About ZedlingZedling Suspension is India's own suspension specialist delivering advanced custom suspension solutions for motorcycles and ATVs. Our products are engineered and tuned specifically for each rider, helping enthusiasts experience superior comfort, control and confidence on every ride.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify online store.
- Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing.
- Update product listings, descriptions, images and pricing.
- Maintain inventory status and product availability.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for order dispatch and delivery tracking.
2. Customer Support & Lead Management
- Handle customer enquiries received through website, WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels.
- Guide customers regarding product selection, compatibility and ordering process.
- Maintain enquiry records and ensure timely follow-up for prospective customers.
- Coordinate with technical team whenever product recommendations are required.
3. Dealer Coordination
- Coordinate with dealer network regarding installations, deliveries and customer support.
- Communicate product updates, manuals and installation guidelines to dealers.
- Assist in onboarding and maintaining dealer records.
- Support dealer enquiries and order-related communication.
4. Order Tracking & Customer Communication
- Monitor order status from confirmation to installation.
- Ensure customers receive timely updates regarding order progress.
- Coordinate internally with design, production, quality and dispatch teams.
- Handle warranty and service-related communication.
5. Digital Platform Management
- Upload and manage content provided by marketing agencies or internal team.
- Assist in managing customer interactions on social media platforms.
- Support implementation of online campaigns, promotions and product launches.
- Desired SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.
- Good understanding of online shopping and e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and standard office software.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, dealers and internal teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preferred QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in customer support, e-commerce operations, sales coordination or dealer management.
- Experience with Shopify, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business or social media platforms will be an added advantage.
- Passion for motorcycles and automotive products is desirable.
CompensationSalary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience and capability.
