Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive (CCE) to manage customer follow-ups, service appointment scheduling, vehicle calling, and customer feedback activities. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring timely communication with service customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers and schedule vehicle service appointments.
• Follow up with customers for pending service bookings and vehicle visits.
• Contact customers after service completion to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain customer records and update call logs in the system.
• Coordinate with the Service Advisors and Workshop Team for customer requirements.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints when necessary.
• Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM/DMS software).
• Strong customer handling and telecalling skills.
• Experience in automobile dealership/customer care will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
