Job Description

Job Description – CMM OperatorRole: CMM Operator / Programmer

Software: Polyworks

Department: Quality

Reporting To: QA/QC Manager / Management

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and program CMM for dimensional inspection.
  • Inspect machined components as per drawings and GD&T requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain CMM inspection reports.
  • Identify and report dimensional deviations/non-conformities.
  • Use measuring instruments such as vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.
  • Coordinate with Production and Design teams for quality issues.
  • Maintain CMM, measuring instruments, and inspection records.
  • RequirementsDiploma / ITI / BE Mechanical.
  • Experience in CMM operation/programming preferred.
  • Good knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, and precision measurement.
