Job Description

The Channel Manager will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with real estate builders, real estate channel partners, property consultants, and banks/NBFCs. The role involves field visits, business development, relationship management, onboarding, and driving loan business through partner networks.


  • Key Responsibilities:


Builder Acquisition-

  • Identify and onboard residential builders and developers.
  • Present InstaRinn's value proposition and partnership model.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and execute partnership agreements.
  • Conduct regular builder visits and relationship meetings.
  • Generate loan opportunities from builder sales teams.
  • Ensure builder teams are trained on InstaRinn's platform and processes.


Channel Partner Development

  • Identify and onboard:
  • Property Consultants
  • Real Estate Brokers
  • Individual Channel Partners
  • Referral Partners
  • Conduct presentations and onboarding sessions.
  • Drive referral business.
  • Increase active partner engagement.
  • Resolve partner queries and provide support.


Bank & Lender Relationship Management:

  • Register InstaRinn with banks, HFCs and NBFCs.
  • Coordinate documentation for empanelment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with branch managers and regional teams.
  • Understand lender policies and eligibility criteria.
  • Ensure smooth loan processing and escalation management.
  • Drive faster approvals and disbursements.


Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers.
  • Represent InstaRinn at real estate events and networking forums.
  • Generate quality loan leads through partnerships.


Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with partners.
  • Ensure high partner satisfaction.
  • Resolve operational issues.
  • Conduct periodic business review meetings.
  • Increase repeat business.

Performance Management

Responsible for:

  • Builder onboarding
  • Partner onboarding
  • Lender empanelment
  • Monthly loan sourcing
  • Business growth
  • Active partner engagement
  • Revenue generation
