Cafe Staff

KNS Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, customer-focused and responsible Café Staff / Team Members to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our outlets.

The Café Staff will be responsible for customer service, order taking, food and beverage preparation, serving, billing support, cleanliness, hygiene, stock handling and maintaining KNS service standards. The role requires teamwork, discipline and the ability to work efficiently during busy hours.

Core café-staff responsibilities commonly include order taking, customer service, food/beverage service, cleanliness, POS/billing support, stock replenishment and adherence to food-safety procedures.

• 2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Customer ServiceWelcome and greet customers politely.
• Understand customer requirements and assist them with menu selection.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Provide quick, courteous and friendly service.
• Handle basic customer queries professionally.
• Escalate customer complaints to the Store Incharge/Manager.
• Ensure customers have a positive dining experience.
• B. Order & POS OperationsEnter customer orders accurately into the POS/Petpooja system.
• Ensure correct communication of orders to the kitchen.
• Verify orders before handing them over to customers.
• Assist with billing and digital payment transactions when assigned.
• Maintain accuracy in cash/billing-related activities.
• C. Food & Beverage PreparationPrepare and serve beverages and food items according to KNS recipes and SOPs.
• Follow standard portion sizes and presentation standards.
• Ensure food is served fresh and at the required temperature.
• Follow FIFO and proper storage practices.
• Avoid unnecessary food wastage.
• Inform the Store Incharge about shortages, damaged products or quality issues.
