Job Description

We're looking for a responsible, proactive, and hands-on Café Manager to lead our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Open & close the café

✅ Manage and supervise staff

✅ Operate Petpooja POS (billing, order entry, inventory & payroll)

✅ Monitor stock and ensure timely restocking

✅ Maintain cleanliness & ensure FSSAI compliance

✅ Assist with beverage preparation during rush hours (preferred)

✅ Complete end-of-day sales reconciliation and report to the owners

✅ Ensure smooth day-to-day café operations and excellent customer service

Requirements: ✔ Experience in café/restaurant management preferred

✔ Knowledge of Petpooja POS is an advantage

✔ Good leadership, communication & organizational skills

✔ Honest, dependable & customer-focused
