Job Description

🚨 Hiring: Business Development Executive – Real Estate📍 Location: Wakad, Pune

💼 Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years (Real Estate Experience ONLY)

💰 Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 + Performance Incentives

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle real estate leads & generate site visits
  • Understand customer requirements & suggest properties
  • Conduct property site visits
  • Follow up with clients & maintain relationships
  • Negotiate and close property sales
  • Achieve monthly sales & booking targets
  • RequirementsOnly candidates with 6 months–2 years of Real Estate Sales experience
  • Experience in Residential Property Sales / Channel Partner Sales preferred
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with field sales and site visits
