Business Development Executive (BDE)

• Identify and reach out to MSME and SME business owners across Pune through cold calls, field visits, referrals, and digital outreach

• Generate warm, qualified leads — business owners who are open to a conversation about business coaching

• Conduct the first-level exploratory conversation to understand business challenges and gauge interest in coaching

• Fix appointments and discovery calls between interested business owners and our Business Coach

• Build and maintain a consistent lead pipeline with proper tracking of every contact and follow-up

• Attend local business networking events, MSME associations, trade expos, and startup meetups to grow the contact base

• Understand our coaching programs well enough to speak about them naturally in conversation — not from a brochure

• Provide regular updates on outreach activity, meetings booked, and lead quality
