Job Description
- A. Sales & Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for KNS outlets.
- Generate corporate, institutional and bulk food orders.
- Approach offices, colleges, schools, societies, hostels, gyms, events and local businesses for business opportunities.
- Develop partnerships with corporate offices, event organizers and local organizations.
- Promote catering, party orders, bulk orders and special meal packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
- Develop repeat business through customer relationship management.
- B. Outlet Sales GrowthWork closely with outlet managers to improve sales and customer footfall.
- Identify low-performing outlets and suggest location-specific marketing activities.
- Conduct local-area marketing around KNS outlets.
- Plan and execute activities such as:
- Flyers and pamphlet distribution
- Society promotions
- Corporate office visits
- College campaigns
- Local events
- Sampling activities
- Promotional stalls
- Customer engagement activities
- Track the performance of each marketing activity and calculate its effectiveness.
- C. Marketing & PromotionsPlan and execute outlet-wise promotional campaigns.
- Promote KNS offers, new products, combos and special campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design/social media team for promotional creatives.
- Assist in planning monthly marketing calendars.
- Coordinate campaigns for festivals, weekends, special occasions and new outlet launches.
- Ensure all promotional communication follows KNS brand guidelines.
- Monitor competitor offers, pricing, products and marketing activities.
- Suggest new ideas to increase KNS's market share and customer engagement.
- D. Digital & Social Media MarketingCoordinate with the digital marketing/social media team.
- Support Instagram, Facebook and other digital campaigns.
- Generate ideas for reels, posts, stories and customer engagement campaigns.
- Coordinate influencer and food blogger collaborations.
- Monitor customer comments, reviews and online feedback.
- Encourage customers to post, tag and review KNS.
- Support campaigns promoting KNS offers and outlet launches.
- Track digital campaign performance and provide reports to management.
