Job Description
CPRM
Location: Pune – Pimpri
Experience: 0–2 Years
Age: Up to 30 Years
Own Vehicle: Required due to extensive field travel
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate business through machinery manufacturers, dealers, and open-market sourcing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and manufacturers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network.
- Manage existing customer portfolios and provide prompt customer service.
- Explore opportunities for cross-selling other financial products.
- Handle collections and delinquency management.
- Conduct regular market visits and dealer surveys.
- Required SkillsCandidates with experience in BL, LAP, MSME Finance, Machinery Loan, Mortgage Loan, or Personal Loan sales will be preferred.
- The candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills.
- The candidate should have strong sales and relationship management skills.
- The candidate should be target-oriented and willing to travel extensively.
