  • Qualification & Work Experience-Any Graduate / MBA / BBA preferred
  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, Portal Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition
  • Experience in lead generation, client handling, sales presentations, and closures preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills required

Job Description-The Business Development Associate (BDA) will be responsible for generating business opportunities, promoting portal-based services, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate should be target-oriented with a passion for sales and business growth.


  • Key Responsibilities-Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, references, and online platforms
  • Promote and sell Bizzporto portal services to business clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for on boarding and client support
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and MIS records


  • Required Skills-Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities
  • Good presentation and client handling skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
  • Basic computer, CRM, and email communication knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment


  • KRA (Key Responsibility Areas)-Generate quality business leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
  • Increase client acquisition and customer retention
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups and relationship management
