Job Description

  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, MS Excel, email communication.                         
  • Confidence to interact with customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.        
  • Strong willingness to learn new skills, business processes, and sales techniques.                            
  • Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
  • Follow up with customers for quotations, orders, payments, and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with technical, project teams, and vendors.
  • Support purchase planning, material dispatch, and order execution.
  • Maintain customer, enquiry, quotation, and sales records.
