Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Manage and monitor all branch sales activities and ensure revenue growth.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and branch targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, fleet owners, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with finance and insurance partners to facilitate vehicle sales.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular sales reviews, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of sales reports and MIS.
• Organize local marketing activities, roadshows, and customer engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
