We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate customer invoices and transport bills.
• Verify trip sheets, PODs, and supporting documents before billing.
• Ensure timely bill submission and maintain billing records.
• Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for billing reconciliation.
• Follow up on pending documents and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain billing data in Excel/ERP systems.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company billing procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in billing, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing software/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple departments.
