Job Title: Project Coordinator & Design Estimator (AutoCAD / Pan-India Operations)

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile Project Coordinator & Design Estimator who possesses technical design capability along with strong operational coordination skills. In this role, you will be responsible for creating basic conceptual layouts and working drawings, managing daily site communication across Pan-India project locations, coordinating with technicians and contractors, preparing cost discussions, and handling client quotations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Design & Technical Drafting (Core Requirement):

Prepare basic design layouts, conceptual drawings, and working drawings using AutoCAD to present the nature of work to clients and contractors for approval.

Review technical feasibility based on site photographs, videos, and technician reports to translate field feedback into working drawings.

Contractor & Site Operations:

Conduct daily discussions with site contractors to monitor ongoing work progress and enforce project schedules.

Act as the primary office-based Point of Contact (POC) for site teams across Pan-India locations to manage material and technical requirements.

Technician & Site Inspection Management:

Coordinate with and dispatch local technicians across Pan-India locations for site visits to assess site conditions and collect site images/videos.

Structure and archive visual site data submitted by field technicians for internal review and cost calculation.

Costing, Presentation & Client Follow-up:

Develop internal presentations outlining actual site conditions to facilitate management discussions on project costing.

Prepare commercial quotes, send proposals to clients, and maintain active follow-ups to close orders.

Pan-India Site Visits:

Travel to project sites across India whenever required for technical site assessments, client meetings, or layout verification.

Candidate Requirements & Technical Skills

Technical Design Skills (Mandatory): Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting) to independently create basic layouts, scheme designs, and working drawings.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Interior/Structural Design.

Experience: 5–10 years of experience handling design drafting, estimation, and site project coordination.

Software Tools: AutoCAD, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.

Communication: Clear communication skills in Hindi and English for daily coordination with clients, field technicians, and contractors across India.
