Accounts Executive

Location: Nigdi, Pune

Industry: Logistics & Warehousing

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a logistics and warehouse-based office environment and willing to take ownership of accounting activities.

Responsibilities:

• Recording purchase and sales invoices
• Bank reconciliation
• Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation
• Processing expenses and payment entries
• GST data preparation and coordination
• TDS working and record maintenance
• Maintaining accounts in Zoho Books
• Assisting management with accounting reports and MIS
• Coordinating with CA for compliance and audits
• Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation

Mandatory:

• B.Com / M.Com
• 1–3 years experience in accounting
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of GST and TDS
• Good MS Excel skills
• Stable employment history
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience using Zoho Books
• Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing, trading, manufacturing, or SME businesses
• Experience in bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation
• Familiarity with e-way bills and logistics documentation
