Employment Type: Full-time, 12 hour shift

Position overviewLakood is seeking a responsible, technically savvy Store Keeper to manage inventory at our Tuem factory and maintain accurate stock records in ERPNext. The role covers the full material cycle, from receipt and storage to issue and reconciliation, and requires someone who is comfortable working with digital tools every day.

• Key responsibilitiesReceive raw materials, hardware and consumables, verifying them against purchase orders and delivery challans
• Store, label and organise materials to ensure easy traceability and minimal wastage
• Issue materials to the production floor against authorised requests
• Record all stock receipts, issues and transfers in ERPNext on the same day
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
• Monitor stock levels and alert management early to low or critical items
• Prepare stock and inventory reports using Excel and share updates through Teams and email
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised store
• Requirements12th pass or above (graduate or diploma preferred)
• Responsible and accountable, with strong ownership of stock and records
• Technically savvy, able to pick up new software and systems quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365: Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
• Basic IT skills: operating a computer, typing, file management and email
• Willingness to learn ERPNext, with training provided
• Attention to detail and strong record keeping
• Honest, disciplined and punctual
• Good communication in English plus Hindi / Konkani / Marathi
• Preferred qualificationsERP experience (ERPNext ideal; Tally, SAP or similar also considered)
• Prior store or inventory experience in a factory, furniture or woodworking unit
• Familiarity with stock audits, barcodes and inventory reports
