Telesales Executive

We are seeking a sharp, driven, and highly aggressive Telesales Executive to join our desk-based commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle over the phone. You will work directly on hot leads provided by the company, pitch commercial terms, and close high-volume deals directly from our office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inbound Lead Conversion: Call, qualify, and aggressively convert hot business leads provided daily by the company.
• Direct Deal Closing: Pitch product specifications, issue bulk commercial quotations, handle price objections, and close sales entirely over the phone and whatsapp
• Account Retention & Re-orders: Build long-term relationships with converted dealers to ensure high customer satisfaction, handle regular recurring monthly orders, and coordinate timely payment collections.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date log of daily calls, pending quotations, and closed accounts in the company database.
