Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain courses, fees, career opportunities, and institute facilities.
Follow up with inquiries generated through social media, websites, and walk-ins.
Schedule counseling sessions and center visits.
Maintain and update lead records in the CRM/database.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
Build strong relationships with prospective students and guide them throughout the admission process.
