We are looking for a persuasive and detail-oriented Loan Recovery Telecaller to contact customers with overdue accounts, negotiate repayment solutions, and ensure timely debt collection while adhering to fair practices and legal compliance guidelines.

​Key Responsibilities

​Customer Outreach: Initiate outbound calls and take inbound queries regarding past-due accounts.

​Negotiation & Payment Collection: Persuade delinquent borrowers to clear outstanding debts, offering structured payment plans, partial waivers, or extensions where applicable.
