Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller who can connect with prospective students, generate interest in our courses, and convert inquiries into admissions. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads generated through Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, referrals, and cold calling databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Follow up on leads received from Google Ads, Meta Ads, website inquiries, referrals, and other marketing campaigns.
• Conduct cold calling to generate fresh inquiries and admissions opportunities.
• Explain academy courses, fees, placement assistance, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
• Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits for interested candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Regularly update lead databases and reports.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Coordinate with the counseling, training, and marketing teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident and persuasive personality.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working with admission targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to maintain professionalism while handling parents and students.
• EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.
• Experience in Telecalling, Education Counseling, Sales, or Customer Service will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
