Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective students through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, certification, and career opportunities.

Counsel and guide candidates regarding the most suitable course.

Follow up regularly with interested candidates until admission is completed.

Handle admission-related queries in a professional and courteous manner.

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and admissions.

Coordinate with the admissions team for document collection and enrollment.

Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Experience in telecalling, admissions, education, EdTech, or sales will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage).

Strong persuasion and counseling abilities.

Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, Internet).

Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets is preferred.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
