Job Description The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving property sales, managing customer relationships, generating qualified leads, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires a proactive and customer-centric professional with strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. The candidate will represent the company professionally, ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through digital platforms, referrals, channel partners, and other sales activities.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Follow up with leads on a regular basis to maximize conversion and sales closure.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the documentation, legal, finance, and CRM teams for smooth booking, agreement, payment collection, and registration processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, bookings, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new project launches.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, property exhibitions, promotional events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Provide post-sales support to customers until the completion of the transaction.
  • Assist and guide junior sales executives whenever required to improve team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.
  • Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly Sales Reports (WSR), Monthly Sales Reports (MSR), and other MIS reports to the Sales Manager on time.
