- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor entry and exit gates of the society.

• Verify visitors, delivery personnel, and service staff.
• Maintain visitor register and gate pass records.
• Conduct regular patrolling of society premises.
• Ensure safety of residents, common areas, and assets.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.
• Handle emergencies such as fire, theft, or disputes.
• Assist residents politely and provide directions when required.
• Ensure parking discipline inside the premises.
• Check and secure society gates during night shifts.
• Coordinate with police, ambulance, or emergency services when needed.
• Report incidents immediately to the supervisor or management.
• Maintain proper uniform, discipline, and attendance
