Job Title: Dine-In Manager

📍 Location: Biryani Maharaj, Muzaffarpur

  • Job Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day dine-in restaurant operations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise service staff and maintain discipline on the floor.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions professionally.
  • Monitor table turnover, seating arrangements, and smooth service flow.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and billing teams for efficient order management.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant presentation standards.
  • Train and guide staff on service standards and SOPs.
  • Prepare daily sales, attendance, and operational reports.
