🚀 Hiring: Regional Sales Head (Marketing & Admissions)

📍 Location: Patna Global College, Gaurichak, Patna, Bihar

Patna Global College is looking for a passionate, target-driven, and well-connected Regional Sales Head (Marketing & Admissions) to lead our admission marketing activities across Bihar.

• 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and expand a strong network of Educational Consultants, Admission Partners, and Freelance Admission Agents across Bihar.
• Develop relationships with School Teachers, College Faculty, and Coaching Institutes to generate student referrals.
• Achieve admission targets for programs including BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, PGDM, and other courses.
• Manage partner relationships, campus visits, admission support, and commission payouts.
• Conduct field visits, seminars, and networking events to increase the college's visibility and student enrollment.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the college's admission network across Bihar.
• ✅ EligibilityMinimum 2+ years of experience in Education Marketing, College/University Admissions, or B2B EdTech Sales.
• Strong existing network of Educational Consultants, Admission Agents, Coaching Institutes, and Teachers across Bihar will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Must be based in Patna and willing to travel across different districts of Bihar.

💰 Salary₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
