* Drive employee additions from existing employer base.
* Ensure strong employer and employee engagement.
Hunting & New Business Acquisition
* Acquire new SME partners for Salary Account business.
* Generate leads and onboard prospective employers.
* Drive CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) acquisition.
Product Cross-Selling
* Salary Accounts
* Debit Cards
