Job DescriptioniPaymnt Tech Private Limited is seeking a proactive and motivated HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll coordination, and overall employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to support the company's growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, incentives, and employee benefits.
• Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
• Handle employee grievances and engagement activities.
• Support performance management and employee development.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMIS records.
• EligibilityQualification: MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
• Experience: 1–2 Years in Human Resources
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel, payroll, and labor laws.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the IT, SaaS, or FinTech industry.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
