Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff duties
• Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas for cleanliness
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation
• Maintain inventory of linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies
• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints professionally
• Prepare duty rosters and daily work schedules
• Coordinate with maintenance and front office teams
• Ensure timely room readiness for guest check-ins
