Field Operations & Personnel Management

1. Guard Supervision: Oversee on-site security guards, ensure proper attendance, and conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and compliance with site instructions.
2. Manpower & Rostering: Manage shift scheduling, source new recruits, and deploy relief staff to ensure all posts are covered.
3. Training & Development: Conduct initial and ongoing security training for guards, including emergency response, evacuation procedures, and customer service.
4. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the security team, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing complaints.
5. Billing & Administration: Assist with contract follow-ups, guard payroll processing, and on-site billing verification
