• Working HoursMonday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Sunday: Weekly Off
• Experience RequiredMinimum 1 Year Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Client Handling, or Related Field.
• QualificationMinimum 12th Pass
• Graduate Candidates Preferred
• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage hot leads and client inquiries.
• Coordinate with clients regarding due payments and service updates.
• Maintain customer records and call logs.
• Provide accurate information about company services.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.
• Support office administration and client coordination activities.
• Communicate with clients through Phone, WhatsApp, and Email.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Positive attitude and professional behavior.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
