Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a smile.
• Take customer orders accurately.
• Recommend combos and special offers to increase sales.
• Handle billing and cash/POS transactions.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the counter.
• Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order delivery.
• Pack takeaway orders carefully.
• Resolve customer queries politely.
• Maintain daily sales records and cash closing.
• Ensure excellent customer experience at all times.
