Job Description
Telecallers / CREs / Sales (FEMALE ONLY)
Role & Responsibilities: Sales CRE / Service CRE
- Enquiry follow up and update in Company portal.
- Explaining offers / finance
- Resolution of customer complaints
- Flexibility to assist with customer walk-ins on the showroom floor during peak sales days or promotional events or as per requirement.
- Own Phone (Sim card will be provided)
- Basic computer skills (min. 20 WPM typing speed) for daily portal updates.
- Fluent spoken Hindi and basic written English with correct spelling for names/address.
- Fresher / experienced welcome.
- Automobile showroom calling / sales experience preferred.
