Job Summary

The Channel Sales Executive - Patna will be responsible for driving smartphone buyback business across multiple Aditya Vision retail stores in the Patna region. The role focuses on increasing buyback volumes, improving conversion rates, ensuring consistent execution of Grest's buyback process, and building strong relationships with partner store teams.


The ideal candidate will spend the majority of their time visiting stores, coaching sales staff, monitoring performance, conducting quality checks, and implementing initiatives to achieve aggressive buyback targets.


Key Responsibilities


* Drive buyback business across all assigned Aditya Vision stores in the Patna region.

* Visit multiple stores daily to monitor buyback operations and support store teams.

* Train and coach store staff on Grest's buyback process, smartphone evaluation, customer handling, and objection management.

* Ensure every eligible customer is offered the buyback option to maximize conversions.

* Conduct quality checks (QC) on device inspections, grading, documentation, and KYC compliance.

* Guide store teams on accurate smartphone evaluation and pricing as per company standards.

* Identify opportunities to increase walk-in conversions and improve buyback performance.

* Build strong working relationships with store managers and sales teams.

* Monitor store-wise performance and share regular feedback and action plans.

* Resolve operational issues impacting buyback performance.

* Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely device pickups and processing.

* Maintain accurate reports of store visits, buyback transactions, training activities, and performance metrics.

* Stay updated on smartphone models, market prices, grading standards, and competitor buyback programs.


Required Skills


* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent training and coaching abilities.

* Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.

* Good understanding of smartphone hardware, especially Apple and Android devices.

* Ability to accurately identify cosmetic and functional defects.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to improve conversion metrics.

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.

* Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-based role.


Qualifications


* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

* 2–5 years of experience in mobile retail, smartphone buyback, recommerce, trade-in programs, retail operations, or channel sales.

* Experience managing multiple retail stores or field teams is highly preferred.

* Experience in smartphone evaluation is an added advantage.

* **Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid Indian Driving Licence.**

* **Must be willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory.**
