About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Career Counsellor to guide students and job seekers in choosing the right education, training, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills and be passionate about helping individuals achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and job seekers regarding career options, skill development, and training programs.

Understand each candidate's educational background, interests, and career goals.

Explain available courses, certifications, internships, and job-oriented programs.

Help candidates select the most suitable program based on their profile.

Follow up with prospective candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.

Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling sessions, and admissions in the CRM or database.

Coordinate with the admissions and training teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.

Participate in career seminars, awareness campaigns, and educational events.

Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets while maintaining high service quality.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).

1–3 years of experience in career counselling, education counselling, admissions, or student guidance.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in counselling may also apply.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.

Convincing and presentation skills.

Ability to understand candidates' needs and recommend suitable career paths.

Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
