Business Development & Sales Executive

Century Metal & Wood is looking for a hardworking and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand its dealer network and increase sales across Bihar.

Job Responsibilities: • Visit hardware dealers, fabricators, contractors, architects and builders.

• Generate new leads and develop new customers.

• Appoint new dealers and distributors in assigned areas.

• Promote company products and secure orders from the market.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Collect market feedback and competitor information.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements: • Graduate.

• Experience in Field Sales, Marketing or Business Development preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Willing to travel within assigned territories.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

• Knowledge of hardware, steel, plywood, aluminium, interior or building material industry will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹15000 – ₹20000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance
