Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Monitoring and coordinating 2–3 ongoing projects/sites within the assigned city or region.

Visiting project sites periodically to check work progress and coordinate site-related activities.

Coordinating with Government/Private Department officials, Engineers, Project Officers, and other concerned authorities whenever required.

Visiting departmental offices for project-related follow-ups, approvals, documentation, payments, pending matters, and other official requirements.

Attending meetings with Government Departments, corporate clients, contractors, builders, consultants, and other prospective customers on behalf of the company.

Supporting the company in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the assigned region.

Following up on new projects, enquiries, tenders, and potential business leads.

Maintaining professional relationships with existing clients and departmental officials.

Travelling to project sites, departmental offices, client locations, or other cities/locations as instructed by the Head Office.

Providing regular updates regarding project progress, meetings, client discussions, and business opportunities to the Head Office.

Submitting visit reports, photographs, meeting updates, and other required information after site or departmental visits.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to communicate professionally with Government officials, Engineers, clients, and corporate representatives.

Willingness to travel locally and outstation whenever required.

Basic knowledge of project coordination and business development.

Responsible, presentable, self-motivated, and capable of independently handling assigned responsibilities.

Basic computer knowledge, including Email, MS Office, WhatsApp, and online documentation.

Candidates with experience in Government projects, construction, elevators, engineering, infrastructure, or similar industries will be preferred.
