Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career prospects, and learning pathways.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic enquiries, online leads, and follow-up activities.
Explain course curriculum, fee structure, batch schedules, certifications, and placement support.
Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain lead, enquiry, admission, and student records in CRM/MIS.
Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with faculty and centre administration for smooth student onboarding.
Monitor student attendance, progress, and satisfaction.
Build referral networks through existing students and institutional contacts.
Participate in marketing campaigns and outreach programs
