Position: Trainer 

Trainer Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The Trainer will play a key role in improving employee performance, engagement, and overall organizational success.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on various topics, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Conduct on-the-job training and provide coaching to employees to reinforce learning and improve performance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role in any industry 
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Ability to engage and motivate learners of various skill levels.

Salary 2.5 lacs to 3 lacs
