About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in handling Government Tenders. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GeM, IREPS, CPP Portal, and other e-Procurement portals, along with strong documentation and coordination skills.The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process and supporting business development for government and PSU projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant government tenders through GeM, IREPS, CPP Portal, State e-Procurement Portals, and other tender websites.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within prescribed timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect technical, commercial, financial, and compliance documents required for bid submission.
• Prepare technical bids, commercial bids, compliance statements, BOQs, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor tender updates, corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, bid openings, and tender results.
• Maintain tender records, bid trackers, and documentation for future reference.
• Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of company registrations, certificates, and statutory documents required for tender participation.
• Coordinate with government departments, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding tender-related queries.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and business documents as required.
• Support the Business Development team in government project acquisition and related activities.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with GeM, IREPS, CPP Portal, and e-Procurement portals.
• Good knowledge of government tendering procedures and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data management and report preparation.
• Good presentation creation skills using PowerPoint.
• Creative approach to preparing professional proposals and presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tender deadlines.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Candidates with experience in Government Tendering, Business Development, or Procurement will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 6 months of experience in government tender management.
• Experience with GeM, IREPS, CPP Portal, e-Procurement, and Government/PSU tenders.
• Exposure to tenders related to GPS Tracking, AIS-140, IoT, IT Solutions, Automation, Railway Projects, or Smart City Projects will be an added advantage.
